  4. Babylonians. They divided the sky into 12 equal parts 
  5. of 30 degrees, and gave them the following names:

  16. Scorpio              Scorpio The Scorpion
  17. Sagittarius         Sagittarius The Archer
  18. capricornus       Capricorn The Goat
  19. Aquarius             Aquarius The Waterbearer
  20. Pisces                 Pisces The Two Fishes

  22. The Greeks adopted these zodiac symbols from the 
  23. Babylonians (changing Pleiades to Taurus, Praesepe 
  24. to Cancer, and Spica to Virgo) and passed them on to 
  25. other ancient civilizations.
